These are some of the things we could cover in my 121 coaching programme. However, it’s completely flexible, and part of the coaching process is to work with what is happening for you right now, in the moment.
As part of my women’s coaching programme I offer a profile report that shows you where you are now, your strengths and areas for development. The profile focusses on 5 empowering female archetypes and the strengths they represent. Strengths that all women can access, but don’t always know how.

How Much Is 121 Coaching?
I have found that a 12 session programme with fortnightly coaching is the best way for clients to transform themselves and often their direction in life. However, I also offer blocks of 3 coaching sessions and one-off 75 minute booking.
Your investment in this process is between £99 and £148 per session.

what to expect from 121 coaching
You’ve probably heard of coaching but you might not really know what it means.
At one end of the coaching spectrum you get sports coaches who encourage, train, and support, but basically are telling their clients what to do in order to achieve their goals. That’s not what I do!
At the other end of the spectrum, coaching is more like therapy (I think of it as therapy for well people) in that the coach listens, holds space, and asks questions of their client to elicit new perspectives and thinking. The belief is that all the answers are inside you, you just need help to access them.
I’m more at this end of the coaching spectrum EXCEPT I know that when I started my journey to rediscover myself and my path in life, I didn’t have all the answers inside of me. So, in my coaching programme I appreciate that you don’t know what you don’t know, and I will share with you ideas, exercises, tools and resources that I know will help you, as and when they become appropriate. Whether it’s to find balance in your life, boost your energy, build you confidence, understand yourself and your motivation better and much more.
