What’s Do You Get?

This women’s coaching programme will be delivered through a 12 week series including 11 live and interactive online sessions.  (These will be recorded and made available for you to review during the programme in a special online coaching area)
You will also receive 
2 x 1-2-1 sessions with me
and
A follow-up achievement call at the end of the programme.
We will be working together in the first 1-2-1 session to identify your intentions for the program and any barriers to your success. From there I will draw on dozens of tools and exercises through the 12-week program to help you get the results you want to see.
  • You will discover your Women’s PowerTypes and how to use them to create the changes you want to see.
  • I will hold you to account for taking action throughout the program.
  • By the end of the 12-weeks you can expect a profound shift in how you approach everything in life, and significant results in the area we focus on for the course.
  • The 2nd 1-2-1 session will be scheduled as appropriate throughout the 12 weeks.

You will also receive…

A unique profile report intrinsic to this programme that highlights your strengths and helps you understand your energy and motivations better. Plus, if required, understand where improvements can be made.

Every week things change and for the better. Most coaching talks generically and with ideas that are hard to implement but this is different.
