Meditation Can Be Easy, Honestly!

Sometimes you just need a little guidance.

Meditation is so beneficial I would urge you to try it just for a few minutes each day. 

It’s great for calming your mind and especially good for helping you drift off to sleep

But if you’re wondering how to do it, or are you looking for a specific type of meditation, you’re in the right place.

Helen’s Deep Sleep Meditation

So many people suffer from lack of sleep, insomnia, or an overactive mind these days. This meditation encourages the transition from wakefulness to sleep helping you to release the thoughts and tensions from your day.

With no call-back at the end, you can drift off to sleep while listening to it, provided you don’t have it added to a playlist or similar, in which case the next track to play may jolt you nastily out of your comfortable sleepy bliss. (I would suggest you set up your phone, computer or ipod to ensure this doesn’t happen and just this track is played.)

Ideally, it is designed to be listened to last thing at night, or should you wake and be unable to get back to sleep (preferably cosy and warm snuggled up in your bed).
